UVM is deploying a new university-wide Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) and all Facilities Management (FM) units are collaborating on this strategic campus project which will integrate, streamline, simplify and enhance the ability of facilities-related units to deliver high quality services to the University campus.

We’ve partnered with a vendor, Planon Software, to help us develop this new single portal for “all things facilities” at UVM. The new system will completely replace FAMIS– the current facilities enterprise software which has served the UVM campus for the past 15 years.

STATUS: We are currently in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase of the project. Planon “Go Live” date is still TBD for 2023.
