CMD Startup script and other issues

Discovered that the CMD Startup script was not running, and whenI made it run it was buggy. Fixed the bugs, but just on master image and CMD Mac 4 — need to apply fixes to other machines. Moved old G4 mac from back room to space vacated by Judi, in preparation for configuring software refresh server for LRG managed spaces.
