Problem: Running reports in an Organization produces an “Access Denied” error.
Solution: There is a patch available for this issue, however we do not yet have a timeframe for when it can be applied to our system.

Grade Center Report Tool Does Not Display User Names in Order
Problem: When trying to generate a report in Grade Center, the users in the ‘Selected User’ section are not ordered.
Solution: There is no workaround for this issue. Bb has identified this as a bug, but we have no indication of a fix in the foreseeable future.
