bootcamp as disk partition utility

Client asked if bootcamp could be used as disk partition utility. Well no, not really. Boot Camp Assistant allows non-destructive repartitioning of startup disk, and perhaps only the internal startup disk. Also, disk must be partitioned correctly. Still investigating.
