On April 6-7,
2016 Prof. Judith Resnik of Yale Law School was at UVM as part of Phi Beta Kappa’s Visiting Scholars program and with the support of the UVM Political Science Department. Prof. Resnik gave a public lecture based on her book Representing Justice: Invention, Controversy, and Rights in City-States and Democratic Courtrooms (Yale University Press, 2011) and met with students in several Political Science classes. Many thanks to all those who contributed to Prof. Resnik’s visit and to Prof. Resnik for her contributions to the academic community at UVM.
