Submit an equipment request!

Need equipment for your organization’s event? You can request to rent special equipment from the Inter-Residence Association, free of charge.

We are happy to be able to provide you with various pieces of equipment for your event! Please note that equipment is on a first come, first serve basis per day. Equipment requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your event! This is to ensure that there is ample time to schedule your pick-up and drop-off.

Please note that with certain items such as the popcorn machine, snow cone machine, and other items that may involve consumable items; while we rent the equipment, we do not provide consumable items to go with the equipment (I.E. We do not provide popcorn and oil for the popcorn machine).

Please return all equipment cleaned and in working condition within 48 hours of your event! You will schedule a drop-off time with an IRA Executive Board member when submitting your request!
