The Inter-Residence Association at the University of Vermont fully supports the Black Lives Matter movement that is taking place at our university. We understand that students of color are being unfairly targeted and prosecuted through a system that was not built for them to succeed. The movement is ongoing, and we commit to supporting all UVM affiliates of color. We are in solidarity with NoNamesForJustice and John Mejia.

The IRA Executive Board holds office hours weekly and provides a safe space for UVM students. We encourage you to reach out for any support; our office is located in Wing 150.
