Food

I have participated in the emerging Food Systems Transdisciplinary Research Initiative since its inception at UVM.  In particular I am interested in the relationship that migrants — including refugees, labor migrants, and other kinds of immigrants – have with food and the ways in which such relationships help to sustain, reinforce, transform, and challenge notions of home, belonging and identity.
