• How do parks benefit health?
• who has access to these benefits, and who does not?
• How will it help local flora or fauna?
• What design elements will lessen human impact?
• What is the monetary cost of the park? Who will fund it?
• Why should it be a priority?
• What  value does the park have to the community?
