I teach courses on Islam and politics, international relations, and Middle East politics. In addition to my work with UVM, I have also taught at Georgetown University. In the 2021-2022 academic year, I will be teaching POLS 051-Introduction to International Relations (fall and spring), POLS 157-international politics of the Middle East (fall), and POLS 167-terrorism and counterterrorism (spring). See the individual course pages for more information.

There is an incredible amount of resources for UVM students–including information on advising, course descriptions, and major and minor requirements–on the Political Science Department website. Global Studies majors can find information in the excellent Global Studies handbook found on the Global and Regional Studies website.
