The temperatures are beginning to fluctuate slightly, having some warm days here and there, but still mostly cold days. I have not noticed any of the trees at my location beginning to flower. There was definitely signs of movement in the water out by the docks, so I could tell that the fish and possibly amphibians were beginning to awaken. It was cold when I went, and was still feeling like winter, but there was the hope that spring would return. I could see some buds of flowers peaking through the leaf litter. They were too early in development to identify. On the human side of things, there were more people out and about, as the temperature was beginning to rise, and the snow was melting. There is definitely some edge effect at my place, seeing as it is a place that is meant to be a patch of nature in the city. My place is not a habitat for any interior species seeing that it does not have a lot of forest cover.
