Wow, the “Textures: Using Photos” screencast over in the Google Sketchup Video Tutorials area just about blew my mind. Way cool. That’s some pretty powerful stuff available for a free app.
Month: December 2006
Over on the WebCT Gateway site, there is a new screencast available, on creating and downloading course backups in WebCT CE 4.1. As noted there, this is a visual representation of information that is available in the WebCT help files. For your convenience, the direct link to the .mov file is also available here.
I’ve also taken this opportunity to experiment a bit with google video. The Google Video version is fuzzier and smaller, but you can get a general idea of where things are from watching it.
Firebug 1.0 Screencast
I haven’t posted here in a while, but I just came off this great screencast of the super-duper Firefox extension that is Firebug. If you haven’t seen Firebug before, and you do any HTML/Javascript/CSS work, you should check it out. From the getfirebug.com website:
Firebug integrates with Firefox to put a wealth of development tools at your fingertips while you browse. You can edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page.
