This comprehensive exam has a written and oral component. The written part of the exam is an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding and application of the MSLS program core curriculum learning goals. The oral component of the exam is a group process that will invite a deeper inquiry into your written responses while providing you with an opportunity to demonstrate your competence in the nine core leadership practices (program goals and practices can be found here for your review).
Your comprehensive exam studies committee will be different than your Master’s project committee and will include your primary advisor, a core professional affiliate, and one member of the MSLS faculty leadership team.
