Center Director, Seward Park Audubon Center

Audubon Washington is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial educator, manager and conservation leader to carry out the mission of the Seward Park Audubon Center. In partnership with the State Director and other Audubon Washington staff, the Center Director will be responsible for all aspects of operating and managing the Center and for executing on the National Audubon Society’s strategic vision for Centers within the Pacific Flyway.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management capabilities, be a strategic thinker, experienced educator, and charismatic facilitator able to work with staff, volunteers, families, schools, and community leaders. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, confident, and accomplished leader excited to manage this dynamic science education and conservation hub. The Center Director will manage a staff of seven and report directly to the State Director of Audubon Washington.
