Address: University Heights Dormitory, 30 University Heights, University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont 05405

Parking: All participants driving their car to the conference will need a UVM parking pass. Please email our intern Lucia Possehl by June 24 to request a pass (Lucia.Sullivan-Possehl@uvm.edu). It will be with your registration materials when you check in at the dormitory.

Transportation: The local airport, located about two miles from the University of Vermont campus, is the Burlington International Airport. It offers flights to all major US airports. There is local bus service from the airport to the campus, but it requires a bit of walking and service is not frequent so we recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

We recommend international travelers consider flying in and out of a Montreal airport. Montreal is 1.5 hours from Burlington. There is bus service from Montreal to Burlington. Flights between European cities and Canadian cities and Montreal are typically less expensive than flights directly into Burlington. However, this option will necessitate crossing the US/Canada border which may cause delays in travel time.

Amtrak service (The Vermonter) from New York and Washington DC runs to nearby Essex, Vermont a few miles from Burlington. https://www.amtrak.com/home.html

Taxis, Uber, and a public bus run from the Amtrak station to the University of Vermont campus.

Bus Service:

Greyhound offers to Burlington (and the University of Vermont campus) from most US cities and from Montreal: https://www.greyhound.com/en/

Bus service between Boston and Burlington is also offered by Megabus: https://us.megabus.com/
