Reading with children is an important part of Family Wellness. It strengthens the relationship between children and their parents, helps children with language and social skills, and is linked to later success in school and at work. But what should you do when reading to your 6 month old? How about your 4 year old? The Children’s Health Team at the Cleveland Clinic put together this fantastic infographic about reading with children, showing both the benefits of reading with your child as well as developmentally appropriate tips for reading with children from 6 months old to 5 years old.
