My Phenology location in in Centennial Woods. When you enter the woods, follow the path for a couple of minutes, until you find a small side path leading to the right. Follow that until you meet the stream, and then a bit further down is a clearing beside the river with a rock you can sit on. I found this spot while exploring Centennial Woods, and it’s a really serene place. It’s peaceful just sitting there immersing yourself in the nature around you. Since it’s in a clearing beside the stream, there is a water element in my spot. Along the bank there are shorter shrubs, and taller trees line the path beside the stream. Some of the most common trees are Eastern White Pine (of course), along with some Norway Maple, Green Ash, and Common Buckthorn.
