We used to worrying about garbage, and particularly plastic pollution. But we are now aware of a new form of plastic garbage accumulating in aquatic systems and the human food chain: microplastics. Although they often remain invisible, recent research suggests that humans ingest over 10,000 particles a year. Team Plastics presents solutions that range from simple to complex, but tackling this growing problem is becoming more and more important to both human and ecosystem health.
