Call for Applications: Spring Break NYC Practicum

This Spring break environmental justice opportunity may be of interest to you – take a look! -Anna

Eco Practicum has been running its desk-free school for ecological justice in the New York City bioregion for six years, and for the first time since we started, we have teamed up with an Eco Practicum alum to design a special Spring Break program: Community Organizing for Ecological Justice.

This four-day intensive offers the knowledge, skills, and connections to more effectively contribute to the movement for ecological justice. It focuses specifically on the complex relationships between income inequality and environmental degradation in urban centers. Our days will include hands-on projects, meetings with experts, and opportunities to process what we’ve experienced with our peers.

Experience Eco Practicum’s powerful style of democratic education, explore the “city that never sleeps,” and get inspired to change the world with us.
