The Redstone Lofts are modern, LEED certified, on-campus student apartments. The building offers a vibrant, safe, and social living experience. Conveniently located on-campus, the Redstone Lofts is an exciting, contemporary living option for UVM juniors, seniors, and graduate students, featuring modern amenities and technology.
As a LEED Certified Silver building, the Redstone Lofts holds a strong commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. Among other sustainable features, the Redstone Lofts currently have: high efficiency lighting and appliances, high efficiency heating and cooling systems, extra exterior insulation, ventless dryers, and low flow shower fixtures. In the future, the Redstone Lofts hope to establish other green initiatives such as a community garden and a composting system.
The Redstone Lofts are seeking innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact and further our commitment to sustainability and, as a part of the University of Vermont community, the Redstone Lofts seek to create a partnership with students of the University. We are accepting project proposals from University of Vermont students as part of our green initiative.
