The Clean Energy Fund is coordinating a tour on Tuesday, March 12, at 2pm to visit Champlain College’s Perry Hall, a LEED Platinum building that serves as Champlain’s Welcome Center. The tour should take about one hour.
We’ll be joined by Christina Erickson, Champlain’s Sustainability Coordinator (and former UVM Office of Sustainability Fellow), as well as Wayne Newton of LN Consulting for a special focus on Perry Hall’s geothermal system.
According the CEF-funded Campus Comprehensive Renewable Energy Feasibility Study, there are good opportunities for UVM to implement geothermal systems on campus.
