4. Who Benefits from Your Program (90 seconds)
This very short segment introduces the RBA Program Accountability Worksheet and the task of identifying who (and what) benefits from your program. You will want to take 3-5 minutes after viewing this segment to fill out the “customer” portion of the worksheet.

5. Performance Level Quadrants – Introduction and Work Sheet (10 minutes)
This segment introduces the RBA framework around measuring impact. You will want to refer to this two-page “Performance Measures Worksheet  while watching the segment.

6. Homework and Next Steps (3 minutes)
