Hotel information
JW Marriott Hotel, 1331, Pennsylvania Ave. The NAE has arranged special rates for members attending the NAE annual meeting at this hotel (see NAE website and mailing on the annual meeting). These rates are effective Oct 1-5 but they are limited and available on a first come basis.
The Melrose Hotel, 2430 Pennsylvania Ave. (202-955-6400) is convenient to the NAS building
The Lombardy Hotel, 2019, Pennsylvania Ave. (202-828-2600) is also convenient.
Registrants for the Symposium will be eligible to receive reimbursement for hotel accomodation for the night of October 10, 2016 up to a maximum of $222 for lodging and $71 for meals (Federal per diem rate).
