\u201cProgressive Enhancement\u201d involves making the site work for everyone at the beginning.\u00a0 Then can add javascript features.\u00a0 And don\u2019t use Flash.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design to Standards<\/span><\/span>:\u00a0 WWW Consortium publishes standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can test accessibility of your site:\u00a0 Available testing web sites.<\/span><\/p>\n
