{"id":1669,"date":"2014-05-07T15:55:28","date_gmt":"2014-05-07T19:55:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/thinkcol\/?page_id=1669"},"modified":"2016-04-20T13:33:37","modified_gmt":"2016-04-20T17:33:37","slug":"high-school-transition-services-uvm","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/thinkcol\/high-school-transition-services-uvm\/","title":{"rendered":"High School Transition Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Local high schools may contract with the University of Vermont Think College program for IEP\u00a0transition services for students age 18-22. \u00a0Students can fulfill their high school IEP and transition goals on the campus of the University of Vermont. \u00a0The Think College program is located in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uvm.edu\/~cdci\/\" target=\"_blank\">Center on Disability &amp; Community Inclusion<\/a> which is part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uvm.edu\/cess\" target=\"_blank\">College of Education &amp; Social Services<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Think College at UVM offers innovative services for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities seeking college and career experience.
