Greetings, tutors old and new!<\/p>\n

Not too much new this week, though it has certainly been a busy one. \u00a0Tutoring officially began on Monday, and it’s been nice to have you all in the Co-Op once again. \u00a0But with new appointments comes new responsibilities; remember all of your appointments need to be logged on tutortrac. \u00a0If it has been scheduled in the Co-Op, change the status to “attended” and of completed campus-wide, log a “quick visit.” \u00a0If you’re new to the Co-Op, it’s possible that some of your paperwork has yet to be processed. \u00a0If you are having difficulties with tutortrac, this may be the case. \u00a0Please be patient as we work out the beginning of the year quirks.<\/div>\n
Once time has been logged, I’m sure you all would like to get paid. \u00a0Remember to log all of your hours in Peoplesoft;\u00a0I will soon be approving time for the next pay period, so get your hours in by Friday.\u00a0\u00a0Again, if you’re new and can’t log in, there’e most likely more paperwork to process. \u00a0If you’re a returning tutor and having problems with Peoplesoft, \u00a0you may need to fill out a temporary employment form. \u00a0Shoot me an email if this is the case, and we’ll work on troubleshooting. \u00a0In case, we’ll take care of these<\/div>\n
issues in the ALL-TUTOR MEETING. \u00a0If I haven’t reminded you enough, our\u00a0MANDATORY all-tutor meeting is scheduled for Sunday, September 26 at 7 pm in L\/L CM 315.\u00a0 If you will be unable to make it, I expect to hear from you soon.<\/div>\n
