The day That I went there wasn&#8217;t much snow and the prints that were there were very hard to see. Most of them just looked like circles in the woods and the melting of the snow on the trees made it hard to distinguish any walking patterns. I was able to find a deer track but wasn&#8217;t able to follow it. I was also able to see a few birds, I saw chickadees and crows which are more common but I also heard a Hairy Woodpecker and an Eastern White-breasted Nuthatch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-darkgreen-color has-silver-lighter-50-background-color has-text-color has-background\">To identify the bird calls I used the Merlin Bird ID app and uploaded the recordings, they provided a few matches and I listened to them to confirm they were similar. For the deer track, I used my tracking book as a ruler and it wasn&#8217;t big enough to be a moose.
