A lot of\npeople will be talking about time management. You know how the game is played. Be\nefficient and don\u2019t overlook the low-hanging fruit. Your commute is the best\nplace to start. I recommend searching for a place near the business school ASAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My\n5-minute walk is not something I think about often at this point in the\nprogram. I have to remind myself of my deliberate\/proactive approach, as well\nas my good fortune, or else I\u2019d take it for granted. I\u2019m confident the value-add\nin convenience is worth any additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can\nrelax as I prepare for morning classes and get ready for the day, knowing I can\n\u201cturn-up\u201d\u2026 eat, shower, dress, go\u2026 at a rapid fire pace. It\u2019s also easier to\nmeet with your team(s) before morning classes in preparation for presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I\u2019m having\ntrouble studying, I can quickly escape the funk with a brisk walk to school. It\u2019s\nprobably not surprising that the ability to focus on academic problems is easier\nin academic environments. This is especially true for the occasional late-night\ngrind. There\u2019s something mystical about burning the midnight oil in Kalkin 110.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You could even\ndiversify your income through charging your classmates for parking pass\nprivileges (or just rack up the IOU-coffees). Yet the best perk may simply be\nthe ability go home for lunch, make a homemade meal, and rest for a few\nminutes.\n\nFinally, I extend an invitation\u2026 I plan on\nmoving out of my apartment by the end of the summer. I\u2019ve spoken with my landlord about this potential arrangement and\nhe\u2019s all for it. This is a wonderful program and I\u2019d love to help anybody in\nthe next generation transition to life on campus. I feel like I\u2019m achieving my\ngoal of becoming a more sophisticated entrepreneur.
