Animal Tracks

Deer Tracks

City of Burlington

The phenology in early March is interesting.  First the Red-Winged Blackbird has been spotted.  This bird is one of the first birds to return after winter. It is also an indicator that spirng is close.

Trees still haven’t bloomed, but you can see their buds.  Also, animals are slowest showing themselves near said trees.

Human activity has decreased- less people are seen on and around church street compared to a week ago.
