Much of the planet has been desensitized to environmental disasters as they have become increasingly more common, leading people to falsely believe that nature was made to withstand these tragedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cherish nature for its ability to release childlike wonder in me. I attribute my formative years to my love for the environment, and the illustrations of Eric Carle have always been incredibly inspiring and iconic to me since childhood.
