The creek is surrounded by tall black ash trees and American elm. There are two large white willow trees and one large mockernut hickory. There are lots of grape vines growing over lots of the trees, and a small grove of staghorn sumac. The invasive species I noticed were amur and morrows honeysuckle along with alder buckthorn.
