I appeared on a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcax.com\/content\/news\/Local-lawmakers-react-to-military-strikes-in-Syria-479785153.html\">segment<\/a> immediately after the strikes, and came back a few days later to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcax.com\/content\/news\/Assessing-the-impact-of-airstrike-on-Syria-479918113.html\">discuss<\/a> their effects with their anchor. We watch WCAX at home, so it was great to be able to contribute to Vermonters&#8217; understanding of these important issues.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve also had a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanprogress.org\/issues\/security\/reports\/2018\/04\/17\/449687\/economic-integration-political-reconciliation-iraq\/\">report<\/a> published with the Center for American Progress on how and why we should help religious minorities (like Christians) in Iraq.
