Now what?!? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHAT IS AN INTERVIEW?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>An interview is a chance for you and the interviewer to assess how well you might fit with the organization and the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR AN INTERVIEW?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation is the key to a good interview \u2014 you need to do your research. Before showing up for the interview, make sure to be familiar with the company or organization. Go beyond just poking around a website- find out about the organization\u2019s mission, read annual reports and brochures, search for media articles, and learn about the community you will be working in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB INTERVIEW TIPS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Practice makes perfect \u2014 prepare for your interview by practicing answering questions.<\/li><li>Never show up late for an interview.<\/li><li>Dress appropriately for the workplace and position you are seeking.<\/li><li>Come prepared.
