In VT, we debate the merits of labeling food origins through National Animal ID, but at the same time, the majority of consumers buy most of their products without a clue as to where it came from.  There\u2019s no easy answer here\u2026perhaps the best answer is one of scale.  If you can know your farmer in person, that\u2019s best.
