S. Department of Agriculture (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ams.usda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>USDA<\/strong><\/a>) of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.vermont.gov\/sites\/agriculture\/files\/documents\/PHARM\/hemp\/Vermont_State_plan_2021_12_1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Vermont Hemp Production plan<\/strong><\/a>. The approved plan supports the Vermont Hemp Rules and governs registration, production, and compliance for hemp cultivation beginning in 2022. <strong>All grower registrants should consider these programmatic changes required by the 2018 Farm Bill, USDA\u2019s final rule, and as reflected in Vermont Hemp Production plan, and how it may impact their operations.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uvm.edu\/sites\/default\/files\/Northwest-Crops-and-Soils-Program\/Articles_and_Factsheets\/2022_VT_Hemp_Plan_Updates.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here for a 2-page summary<\/strong><\/a> of changes to the Vermont Hemp Program applies to all registrants of the Vermont Hemp Program that grow at any scale, including those growing under a personal use registration and those producing hemp for research purposes.
