As a part of my first year lecture in RSENR, Natural History and Human Ecology, we were required to go out and study phenology in Burlington real time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phenology: the study of how seasonal and climate variations impact the periodic events in the life cycles of plants and animals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This blog documents my visits to the trails at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rockpointvt.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.rockpointvt.org\/\">Rock Point Natural Area<\/a> on the outsides of the city of Burlington, as well as a visit to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.henrietta.org\/community\/page\/tinker-nature-park\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.henrietta.org\/community\/page\/tinker-nature-park\">Tinker Nature Park<\/a>, a small system of trails in western NY, while I was home for Thanksgiving.
