NR2 Time (lets actually do it this semester)
Hello! Yesterday, I went back to my phenology spot, or, well, I tried too. The snow made it a wee bit difficult to get as far into the woods as I did last time… any-who, on to the changes. There’s a butt-ton of more snow. On the branches, on the ground, in a hole, just. Everywhere. Also, there are no leaves on trees and the one or two pines are not shedding their needles. Its a very, very serene location and being outside in it was really quite beautiful; I am not accustomed to snow being from Georgia. Its also a commonly used path to get from some apartment complex back there to campus, so the trail wasn’t too bad. Also because it’s so populated, there were no immediate snow tracks :(. I really hope to see some in the future, as I have seen small critters about in those woods. Ok! I think thats all for this post! Bye!
