I had heard about Red Rocks as a fun place to go swimming and as a beautiful park. I never got the chance to go there, so I figured this would be a great opportunity to explore Red Rocks more. I also thought that it would be an interesting site for phenology observation since it is a coastal area on Lake Champlain, where the wildlife and ecosystems may be more unique compared to forested areas.
