Check out this interesting and supportive article in the March 2008 issue of NWQEP NOTES, published by NC State University Cooperative Extension, entitled “Getting the Most from Volunteer Monitoring,” by Steven Dressing of Tetra Tech, Inc. It includes many examples from volunteer programs around the country, as well as discussion of costs, kits vs. meters and probes, and suggestions for programs and agencies.<\/p>\n
