Additional Criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As this is the first stage of research, we have other limitations on who we can include in the study. Therefore, at this time we are not able to include people with the following conditions or circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Metastatic cancer<\/li>
  2. Lytic lesions (cancer in the bone)<\/li>
  3. Unable to communicate by phone<\/li>
  4. Currently enrolled in another exercise program<\/li>
  5. Unable to communicate in English<\/li>
  6. Unable to attend the exercise class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings for one hour for 4 months.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
