UVM is deploying a new university-wide Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)<\/strong>. Enterprise Technology Services<\/a> (ETS) and all Facilities Management <\/a>(FM) units are collaborating on this strategic campus project which will integrate, streamline, simplify and enhance the ability of facilities-related units to deliver high quality services to the University campus.

We’ve partnered with a vendor, Planon Software<\/a>, to help us develop this new single portal for “all things facilities<\/em>” at UVM. The new system will completely replace FAMIS– the current facilities enterprise software which has served the UVM campus for the past 15 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

STATUS: The first phase of Planon implementation (Service Requests and Work Orders) went live in early October 2023. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
