You can request to rent special equipment\u00a0from the Inter-Residence Association, free of charge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">**Click <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1MGPLJFBm292yag4BSrhbFkAGJ2kCV6wLtAKFLe4GRyY\/edit\"><strong><em>here <\/em><\/strong><\/a>to access the online Equipment Rental Request Form!**<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">We are happy to be able to provide you with various pieces of equipment for your event! Please note that equipment is on a first come, first serve basis per day.\u00a0Equipment requests must be submitted at least <strong>10\u00a0days prior to your event<\/strong>! This is to ensure that there is ample time to schedule your pick-up and drop-off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Please note that with certain items such as the popcorn machine, snow cone machine, and other items that may involve consumable items; while we rent the equipment, we do not provide consumable items to go with the equipment (I.E. We do not provide popcorn and oil for the popcorn machine).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Please return all equipment <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">cleaned<\/span><\/strong> and in working condition within 48 hours of your event!
