As our followers know, interns are an integral part of Huertas. While the larger focus of our work is to serve migrant dairy workers in rural Vermont with access to culturally relevant gardens, a second more hidden aspect is providing our interns with skills and experiences. Our two positions at Huertas include field interns and a media and communication intern. The small, grassroots nature of Huertas creates an experience where students can build upon pre existing skillsets or try out new things. The growth at Huertas is seen not only in the gardens and relationships made, but in the development of our interns. Stay tuned for updates!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Este a\u00f1o nosotros vamos a revisar el pasado para volver a visitar con algunas de nuestras becarios. Como seguidoras ya saben, los becarios son una parte integral de Huertas. Mientras el principio enfoque de nuestro trabajo es servir los trabajadores migrantes en Vermont con acceso a los jardines culturales , una parte adicional es proveer con habilidades y experiencias. Las dos posiciones de Huertas incluye un becario de campo y becario de comunicaci\u00f3n y medios sociales.
