The loans are forgivable over 10 years, as long as the improved housing continues to be maintained and used for farmworker housing. The Daniel.Baker) and Champlain Housing Trust.<\/p>\n<p>Repairs\/improvements can include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wastewater systems<\/li>\n<li>air sealing and insulation<\/li>\n<li>plumbing &amp; electrical upgrades<\/li>\n<li>noise mitigation measures<\/li>\n<li>overcrowding relief<\/li>\n<li>mold remediation<\/li>\n<li>roof replacements<\/li>\n<li>food prep and storage improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: April 15, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If funds are available following April 15th, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n<p>Applications will open soon.
