It\nis as limitless as the imagination (or, more often, the approved budget). Forward\nmovement, in any field, comes hand in hand with research. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We closely associate our modern notions of research with\nS.T.E.M fields; the term conjures images of white coats and pipettes, and it\u2019s\nno surprise. The Scientific Method itself is founded on the basis of researched\nhypotheses. But research fits in just as organically in the humanities and\nsocial sciences as in the hard sciences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fellowships belong as much to artists as they do to science\nresearchers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photoshop is just as much as workbench as a laminar flow\nhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autocad, Sketchup, Matlab make scientists of artists and\nartists of scientists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Past UVM research in Humanities and Social Sciences: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>English:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/scholarworks.uvm.edu\/src\/2019\/program\/72\/\">Queer\nNostalgia: Frank Ocean\u2019s Blonde and Contemporary Queer Identity<\/a>,<strong> Edward R.
