  • Five (5) tapes marked “UNLABELED” by failing drive. Inventory fixed them.
  • FSGen3 clones completed at 6:58 (1d 16h 50m).
  • COMIS Clones started.
  • SN3/ST1: *43B61, 1310209179 — 21 consecutive errors:
    • Drive disabled.
    • ITDT Dump taken, sent to Qualstar
    • Qualstar issues RMA # 50636 – “Loading problem thread shutdown”
  • Meeting with Backup Vendor about conversion options.
• LDAP/Accounts:
  • Discussion about another retiree that was not included in the feed.
  • Updating directory application values in an entry.
• Footprints:
  • User reports “failure to append” issue:
    • Am not finding any logged error in Footprints.
    • Need to see the actual subject line of the message that was rejected.
    • User was responding from the wrong email address.
