  • Unlock one more account that failed to backup their data before the accounts were locked
  • Document the unlock/lock process for coverage during my vacation
  • Help a customer with their mail problem — had created a real “INBOX” mail folder to hold other mail folders and it hid the system INBOX folder
  • Firewall was the cause of port 443 not working for WebCT testing
