{"id":2438,"date":"2023-09-13T11:57:01","date_gmt":"2023-09-13T15:57:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/farmvia\/?p=2438"},"modified":"2023-09-13T11:57:01","modified_gmt":"2023-09-13T15:57:01","slug":"workforce-survey-for-northeast-dairy-industry-employers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/farmvia\/?p=2438","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Workforce Survey for Northeast Dairy Industry Employers<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center (NE DBIC) is investigating workforce issues with the dairy industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/url.emailprotection.link\/?bRRuVpSUk1TXYDPzmAacISLi5O2VGJHt5CIFCiZKShjjpeEra6C-jsUX4dnhvwDhBZf7hqoh7zEccEOyYCnNZfg~~\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Workforce Survey for Northeast Dairy Industry Employers<\/a> seeks to identify workforce challenges facing employers across the Northeast\u2019s dairy industry. Survey findings will be used to inform the design, and plan for the launch of, a pilot workforce program that will be developed in collaboration with regional dairy employers and stakeholders. The Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center retained KK&amp;P, a food systems consultancy, to lead this research and workforce program design process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This survey is intended for <strong>dairy industry employers and managers only<\/strong>, across the dairy supply chain (including farmers, processors, haulers, and distributors).
