of Early March: City of Burlington"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bird Activity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Robins are active, feeding just about everywhere<\/li><li>Large flock of ducks far out onto the lake, about a  mile away, seem to be mostly common goldeneyes and buffleheads<\/li><li>Some individuals close to the shore<\/li><li>Pair of peregrine falcons spotted on the steeple on the church at the top of church street<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cold, not much snow left, but very icy.<\/li><li>Squirrel tracks could be found where there were trees and snow<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Most plants still dormant<\/li><li>Some street trees have developed
