There was another -higher level- NR class studying the soil composition right by my spot. To avoid getting in their way, i decided to explore the greater area around the log cross, logging the trees and vegetation into iNaturalist. <\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What kindof plant life is there at the log cross?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This trip I focused on logging the different birches, including paper and yellow birch.
